Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads (such as e-books, software, templates, and digital art), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions
We only consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A technical defect or corrupted file preventing access, which our support team cannot fix within [5] days.
